I can help start-up and ongoing foodservice operations, both restaurant and catering. I have worked in foodservice operations for national hotel and restaurant chains and opened my own restaurant and catering businesses. While working at Florida State College at Jacksonville as the director for the culinary and hospitality programs, I taught classes in dining room service, beverage management, human resource managment and sanitation/safety operations.
